A very nice Imperial Japanese Army sake tray. The black lacquered tray shows a crossed Imperial Army regimental flag and the national flag of Japan beneath the imperial army star. The raised sides of the tray are finished with a gold paint.

The tray reads ‘65th Infantry Regiment’.

The tray measures 23.5 cm by 23.5 cm.

A very uncommon WW2 Imperial Japanese 'fubako' medal / document box. The large wood and black lacquered box was returned to the family of a deceased soldier. The box contained the soldiers medals and documentation.

The Military Support Association was formed during the Russo-Japanese War.
