British Military .50 Cal De-Arming Round

A British military EOD (Explosive Ordnance Detachment) .50 cal de-arming round. The round contains no projectile and is electronically initiated through a wire to the percussion cap.

These are used to remotely detonate unexploded ordnance, land mines and IED’s.
